Injured pair Archie Griffin and Tom Rogers have been released from Wales' Six Nations squad.
Prop Griffin suffered a knee injury late on in Wales' defeat to England on Saturday, while Rogers has been struggling with a chest injury picked up in the Scarlets' Challenge Cup defeat to Clermont Auvergne.
No replacement has been named for either yet, although Wales say a new tighthead will be called in - with Leon Brown having missed the England clash with a shoulder injury.
Dillon Lewis, called up to cover Brown last week, will head back to Harlequins as part of Wales' English-based contingent, leaving Keiron Assiratti as potentially the only fit tight-head in camp right now
Bath prop Griffin had made his Test debut for Wales off the bench at Twickenham last week, managing 27 minutes off the bench before being forced off in the dying minutes of the 16-14 defeat.
In terms of a replacement, French-based World Cup pair Tomas Francis and Henry Thomas were both left out of the Six Nations squad, while Lloyd Fairbrother and Harri O'Connor - of the Dragons and Scarlets respectively - featured in the uncapped match against the Barbarians last year.
However, Fairbrother is understood to have a calf injury that could keep him out of action for a couple of weeks.

The sticking point for Francis and Thomas would be neither would be available this week, which could limit their work in training heading into the Ireland week.
Rogers hasn't featured in Wales' two matches so far, having been recovering from a chest injury suffered against Clermont in early January.
There's no mention of whether Wales will call up back-three reinforcements as yet.
As well as Lewis, Nick Tompkins, Tommy Reffell, Will Rowlands and captain Dafydd Jenkins have all returned to their clubs this week due to them all playing their trade outside of Wales.
