A cosmetic surgeon has revealed the nose that most of his patients want to replicate when going under the knife. According to Ullas Raghavan, cosmetic surgeon at Pall Mall Cosmetics, Love Island’s Lillie Haynes has the most sought-after Love Island nose in his 19-year career.

Appearing on the 2021 version of the dating show, Lillie’s nose has become the top requested style since the series first aired almost a decade ago, says rhinoplasty expert Mr Raghavan. Stars of the ITV2 hit, which is currently running an all-star version, frequently seek out cosmetic procedures off the back of their new-found fame and from scrutiny under the spotlight.

And since enhancing Lillie’s nose 18 months ago, Mr Raghavan from Pall Mall Cosmetics says he has been inundated with patients asking for the 24-year-old’s look. “After Lillie revealed the results of her rhinoplasty, I’ve had a lot of people come to me from all over the country asking for a nose just like hers,” said Mr Raghavan.

“In fact, Lillie’s nose is now the most requested Love Island nose I’ve ever had patients ask me for,” he added. Trainee accountant Lillie, who shot to fame in Season 7, wanted Mr Raghavan to give her a refined tip to lift her nose as it was causing her daily bouts of insecurities.

“Lillie wanted a small bump on the bridge of her nose reducing to give her more balanced features,” explained Mr Raghavan. “So, in her case I refined the tip and bridge to harmonise everything perfectly with the rest of her features,” he added.

In the 2021 season of Love Island, Lillie made her entrance as a bombshell in Casa Amor. She underwent a rhinoplasty the following year saying she shed tears of happiness due to her newfound satisfaction with her appearance. However, Mr Raghavan stressed to those desiring the same look, there is never a one-nose-suits-all formula.

“Each face is individual and therefore deserves its own nose,” added Dr Raghavan. “So, when people ask me for Lillie Haynes’s nose, I explain how a skilled surgeon should always tailor a refinement to suit the person they are operating on - to preserve and celebrate their individuality.”
