Police are re-appealing to find a man from Cardiff and have warned the public not to approach him. Gwent Police are looking for Luke Wall, 32, and would like to speak to him in connection with assault and criminal damage related offences.

The force first issued an appeal to find Wall on February 8 and on Wednesday, February 14, they issued another appeal to locate him. He has links to the Newport area, the force said. A statement from Gwent Police said: "We’re appealing for information to find Luke Wall from the Cardiff area. Our officers would like to speak to Wall, 32, in connection with assault and criminal damage related offences. Wall has known links to the Newport area.

"Anyone with information on his whereabouts can call us on 101 or send us a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2400042433. If you see Wall, please do not approach him, instead call 999. You can also call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
