'I'm a 27-year-old mum addicted to Vinted and I've saved hundreds on these 10/10 clothes'
I have found flawless clothes from Zara, ASOS, Mango and other brands and made savings of more than £200 on some of them while helping me streamline my wardrobe and make thoughtful purchases

I started using Vinted in 2021, and more often than not when someone compliments my outfit, I tend to reply with, "Thanks, it's from Vinted!"
I've always loved clothes and shopping, and I have always been someone who tries to get a bargain. Using Vinted allows me to do exactly that.
The app works a bit like a social media platform, people can follow you and like any items that you post on your account for sale. You can also send sellers/buyers messages and offers - making it really easy to answer or ask any questions you may have about an item that you're interested in purchasing.

Like most social media platforms, the more you "like" a certain item, the more likely you are to be shown similar content. And this is one of my favourite things about Vinted - if I have a specific idea in mind of what I want, sooner or late, Vinted's algorithm will show it to me.
Over the last few years this has helped me to find bargains on the platform - but the thing I love the most about Vinted is finding items that are harder to come by because they're from a few seasons ago or a designer item for a quarter of the price.
I've used Vinted to find items that will stay in my wardrobe forever as you really do take the time to stop and think if it is an item that you need, and what you could pair it with in your wardrobe. I have also used it to purchase outfits I will only wear once - and I've sold them on the platform when I have done so.
I've shared some of my favourite finds below with what I would rate them out of 10:
Self-Portrait dress - 9/10
I paid £110 for this Self-Portrait dress, a brand that is often worn by Kate Middleton. The RRP for this dress was around £350 when it came out a few years ago. I rated this a 9/10 simply because I would have returned it for a bigger size if I hadn't bought it off Vinted - but it was worth not being able to breathe. One of my favourite pieces of clothing I have ever worn. If you like the look of this dress, Self-Portrait are currently selling one that is very similar in style but in pink with yellow flowers for £380. Perfect for a spring or summer wedding. I also found this blue frill dress on ASOS, which looks a lot like my Self-Portrait one, and it is currently on sale for £45.

My bridesmaids planned a Mama Mia theme hen party for me last month, so I scouted Vinted for the perfect outfit and couldn't believe my luck when I found this ASOS Luxe jumpsuit for just £45 - it was still online for £200 at the time. It is completely covered in beads and was absolutely amazing. An easy 10/10, no faults at all. ASOS are currently selling a very similar jumpsuit which has been reduced to £56.50, perfect for a bride on a hen party, or any special occasion.

I bought this for £12 new with tags last summer. It is from Mango and a summer wardrobe staple. I am already looking forward to wearing it again this year. There is a similar one on ASOS at the moment for just £24 if you are looking to get your summer wardrobe ready.
