A Welsh business has received the backing of two Dragons', including celebrity guest Dragon Gary Neville after they appeared on the BBC One show Dragons' Den. John and Sian Colderley, who run Cosy Cinema in Cardiff, appeared on Dragons' Den and were successful in winning Gary and Touker Suleyman over to invest in their business.

Cosy Cinema is private cinema pods where you can stream your favourite films or box sets from the comfort of a king-size bed. Originally opening in Dinas Powys you can also enjoy the pods in the centre of Cardiff.

Based at Cardiff Caravan Park on Fields Park Road, near Sophia Gardens, the pods come with a king-size bed, heating, and air conditioning along with a 92-inch screen. Guests can log into their own Netflix accounts and other streaming services such as Disney+, Prime, Sky TV, and YouTube.

The pods have been hand-designed by John and inside there is enough room for four people, which makes it feel cosy and private. The screen is very impressive and once stepping into the pods you feel like you have your own private cinema to totally kick back and relax in.

There are also lights in the pod, so you don't have to be in total darkness if you don't fancy and you can even order food from delivery apps straight to the pods in Cardiff. The comfy king-size bed is perfect to sink back into and once you've got into the bed, you won't want to get out.

The pods can be hired for three hours or overnight. Keen to take their business further, with plans to open 15 pods in Newport and expand to Coventry, John and Sian decided to go on Dragons' Den to seek more investment. Cosy Cinema was also the first business that Gary had invested in while on Dragons' Den. Speaking about going on the show, Sian said: "It was fun, it was long, they aired 15 minutes of it but we were actually in there for two and half hours! They do ask you questions about yourself, they are really warm, they ask you about your family and how the business started. They were really supportive and welcoming."

Talking about Gary and Touker's new involvement in the business, Sian said: "They have been really good, really supportive. We have been down to London to see Touker and to Manchester and met with Gary for breakfast and a meeting." You can book a Cosy Cinema pod here.
