Didn't set the world alight on debut but was fairly neat with the ball. First thing he had to do was pick the ball out of his net, though.
Perry Ng 6
Had a big remit over on the right, with Colwill tucking inside in front of him. Meant he couldn't get forward an awful lot. Did put a good cross into Ramsey later on which was headed wide.
Nat Phillips 5
Might have done better to spot Mikey Johnston ghosting in behind him for the opener but was pretty composed after that. A few wayward passes.
Dimitrios Goutas 5
A very up and down game from the Greek. Just looked a little rattled at times and mistimed or miscued things in attack and defence.
Jamilu Collins 4
Got done too easily by Tom Fellows for the opener. Played almost as a left centre-back.
Ryan Wintle 5
Mopped up one or two bits on the edge of his own box and made a concerted effort to pass forward more often.
David Turnbull 5
Tidy on the ball. Some tidy passing and generally, well, as mentioned, tidy. Decent set-piece delivery on him, but didn't pull up any trees.
Yakou Meite 5
Probably caused the most issues of City's attacking players in the first half. Put himself about and chased lost causes, was good to see.
Rubin Colwill 6
Found himself dropping deep at times, which isn't where he should be receiving the ball. Neat enough on the ball and grew into it after the break.
Josh Wilson-Esbrand 5
Gave City some pace when going forward - much-needed pace at that - but was turned inside and out all evening by Fellows in defence. Had no answer to it.
Famara Diedhiou 4
Game just passed him by. Couldn't get into it. Ambled about and couldn't make anything happen. Made Meite look incredibly industrious in comparison. Needed more from him on and off the ball.
SUBS
Manolis Siopis (Turnbull 59) 5 - Lost the ball in his first action but improved after that. Got stuck in late on.
Kion Etete (Meite 59) 4 - Scooped a shot over the bar from Ramsey's knockdown. Was a massive chance. Didn't do much apart from that.
Aaron Ramsey (Diedhiou 63) 6 (star man) - Headed one just wide before putting a great chance on Etete's plate moments after. Actually made things happen and looked much better then Saturday.
Josh Bowler (Colwill 76) NA - Barely seen him on the ball.
