Dancing On Ice 2024 contestant Amber Davies has said she feels like she's been "hit by a bus" as she takes a break from the ITV skating competition. The Welsh West End star, who is paired with professional skater Simon Senecal, has told how she's had her first full day off in some time.
Amber, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2017 before finding stardom on the stage with shows like Pretty Woman and Back to the Future, shared the candid update with her 1.3 million Instagram followers. Appearing from her sofa wearing pyjamas and snuggling up to her pet pooch, the 27-year-old admitted: "First full day off in longer than I can remember.
She added: "Feel like I've been hit by a bus in every way imaginable. Best believe I will not be moving all day."

It comes after Amber and Simon wowed the judges on Sunday, February 11, during Musicals Week. The pair performed a routine to Revolting Children from Matilda and took on the risky headbanger.
Amber and Simon were thrilled as they received 35.5 from the panel, which was the joint highest score of the series alongside Miles Nazair and his partner Vanessa Bauer. Following the feedback, and avoiding this weekend's double elimination which saw Lou Sanders and Roxy Shadhidi sent home, Amber sent a message to her fans.
Taking to Instagram, Amber said: "OH MY GOSH!!! I said if I was to ever do @dancingonice I'd want to do the headbanger & I've actually just done that. Thank you so much AGAIN for voting for us, I had a REALLY tough week this week - so my main goal tonight was to literally just HAVE FUN! And that's what we did @simsenecal You guys are the best. See you next week!!"
Amber has also teased that next Sunday's routine is set to be an emotional one. For more showbiz and television stories, get our newsletter here.
